DSpace 6.3 browsing issue

Sorry if this has been already answered.
I'm presently running on DSpace 6.3 and it's working cool BUT there is now a challenge to add other options at the the Browse section. I've been able to edit Browse fields in dspace.cfg and also add Headings to message.xml.
How do I re-index and re-build Dspace so that the search options can active?
