Cannot Upload Bitstream when Editing Existing Item

In DSpace 7.0 demo, when editing a item Bitstreams (by editing item then clicking Bitstreams tab), clicking the Upload icon, allow me to add a file to a bundle.

However in my local installation, when clicking the Upload icon of the Bitstreams tab, it shows blank page, shows the Breadcrumbs only. There is no "Select a bundle" dropdown and the "Cancel" button. 

Should I config for the Upload working?

Hi,

No, what you've found is a bug in 7.0.  We've fixed it in 7.1 (which should be out next week, due on Nov 1), and it's already fixed on the demo site.
