UI Loading Issue; No Relevant Errors In Browser Console, Only dspace.log

After resolving a couple issues on my own, I'm finally able to view the UI in my browser however it's not fully loading. I saw the pages / sections on User Interface starts to load but then spins (never fully loads) and Finding the Error Message in the User Interface, but the only error in my browser console is the one about the google.analytics.key not loading (404) and I noticed the demo site generates that error as well, so I'm guessing that's not relevant? 

I do however have an error in my dspace.log that I've attached the entire stack trace of it. I can't make much sense of it to determine what the problem is.
