DSpace - External IP - Images are not loading

Hi Team,

We have hosted DSpace in our local system at our office premises and trying to browse from the external IP.  We are able to get the web portal but not stable.  It continuously throws "500 Error Code" And mean while when tried to access the collection - photos, only title displayed but the images are loading eternally.  Any suggestions please?

Hi Anil,

A 500 error is often a communication issue between the frontend & backend.  We have a guide in the "Common Installation Issues" which walks through a lot of the common reasons for this 500 error to occur: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-%22500ServiceUnavailable%22fromtheUserInterface
