Error in submitting publication if OECD field choosed.

Hlw,

I am getting while submitting publication or projects if OECD field value is choosed. Everything works fine while OECD field not selected. 

Error msg is as following:

add to dspace-backend/config/modules/authority.cfg the next two lines

authority.controlled.datacite.subject.fos = true
choices.plugin.datacite.subject.fos = ControlledVocabularyAuthority

that fix it for me
