Dspace-CRIS installation on windows 10

Hello,

I am trying to install DSpace-CRIS on windows 10 with below configurations:

jdk : 1.8.0_211

Apache ant: 1.9.4

Apache Maven: 3.6.1

Dspace-CRIS 5.8

tomcat 8.5

After following all steps from https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACECRIS/Installation for fresh installation, I am unable to see any webapp. Tomcat is keep loading and after some time it stops. Moreover, I am unable to create the administrator .
