Moving item to other collection internal error

Hi Dspace-Colleagues,

I have added user as admin of collection on DSpace 6.2 and also on accept reject stage to review submissions. When this admin user tries to move items from collection to the other she get error message  see attachment, I am not sure what causes this error since admin shoul be able to move items.

Does the collection administrator allowed to move items on DSpace or is it only system administrator who does moving ?

Last week admin user was able to move items to other collections but now there is internal error that comes up, do I need to restart postgres, re-index database ....to resolve this issue.

I have resolved this by Tomcat restart. but unfortunately even today the problem came back again.

I have then restarted Postgres and now the function is available without continuous stop.

I have set Cron job to restart tomcat, postgres and handle service so that this problem can be halted.
