Countries and Cities stats not showing in my DSpace 6.3

Hi everyone

My name is Emanuel and I work in the Institutional Repository of Río Negro National Univertsity (Argentine).

I have an error with the countries and cities stats. I followed this guide step by step but I couldn't fix the problem

I downloaded manually the GeoLite2-City.mmdb and I configured the usage-statistics file
