How to Translate Creative Commons License Selection

Hello,

We're a bilingual university and would like the Creative Commons License selection to appear in the language in which the user is viewing the rest of the form.

We commented out the cc.license.locale = en line in the dspace.cfg file, but the options next to the radio buttons are still appearing in English, ie:

How can we make the options next to the radio buttons ('Yes', 'No') appear in French when the viewer is looking at the interface in French?
