NOTICE: Closing all old v6.x issues/PRs in GitHub

DSpace Developers,

Because v6.x is now end-of-life, I will be closing all issues/PRs related to 6.x.  Apologies if this causes GitHub to "spam" you with notifications in any way.

If you find that I've closed something which is still applicable to 7.x (or later), please either reopen the issue/PR or ping me to do so.  I'm obviously not intending to close anything which still has usefulness.  I'm just trying to clean up old tickets/PRs which are now obsolete.

If there are any questions, feel free to ask them here or on Slack (in the #dev channel).

This process is complete.  All v6.x issues/PRs have been closed.  Again, apologies if you had a large number of emails or notifications.

If there is a v6.x PR that you feel is still applicable to 7.x, please feel free to recreate it against the "main" or "dspace-7_x" branch.  I'll be glad to help it find reviewers for the next release.
