Please see our Troubleshoot an error guide for tips on finding specific error messages in DSpace 7 (either the UI or backend).  Without specific error messages, it's very difficult for anyone to help out, as it's too hard to determine what the cause may be.

I have installed DSpace 7. I am trying to configure the registration of new users but so far I have not been successful. On the other hand, in the local.cfg file I have configured the SMTP server section but it is not working. I would like to know if in addition to that file I have to edit some other file.
