503 Service Unvailable on Dspace 8 server

I am encountering an issue with my DSpace instance where the server is currently showing a "503 Service Unavailable" error. The site was working fine previously, but it is now in an unavailable state. Despite multiple attempts to restart the associated services (Apache and Tomcat), the problem persists, and the site remains down.

Interestingly, https://dspace.cuniv-naama.dz/server is working fine, so the backend seems functional. However, the main site is still unavailable.

Here is a summary of the steps I have taken so far:

1. Restarted Apache and Tomcat services.
2. Tried running a curl command, and the result shows a "503 Service Unavailable" error.

I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue and get the main site back online. Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I had a similar problem and mine was related to the certificate. In the Apache configurations for the front-end I only passed the certificate and the key. I forgot to pass the Chain.
I was able to identify the problem by following these steps and running a test on the front-end
