Linking Author Names to ORCID in DSpace 7 Simple Item View

Hello everyone,

I've successfully integrated ORCID into my DSpace 7 repository following the documentation on the integration of the lookup authority function (https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/ORCID+Authority). 

Now, I'd like to display author names linked to their ORCID profiles in the simple item view on the frontend, along with an ORCID icon. At this moment, I don't want to integrate full entities into my repository; I only need to retrieve the ORCID ID that's present in the authority Solr core.

Has anyone attempted this or have insights on how to develop it? Examples or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
