Problem in Enabling SMTP on windows based DSpace 6.3

I installed SSpace 6.3 on Windows and configured SMTP for email enabling but email is not sending to e-persons. 

I am also unable to reset password of administrator. It retrieved the message while changing the password of admin account

Google does not support bulk SMTP now. You can try to use your local IIS SMTP as a realy to google (or exchange/office365) smtp server.

I have the same problem to make smtp office365 work and I also did not get feedback here and forum nor success in the researches I did.
If you can, please share too, and I will do the same.
