Long waiting for item to be discoverable

Dear Dspace Community,

I am managing a large DSpace 4.1 repository with over 230k items. Recently users noticed that items don't show up in repository immediately after submit and they have to wait for 10 minutes before item will be discoverable. It used to be much faster. I tried rebuilding discovery index and optimaizing search index but it didn't help. 

Do you have any ideas what could be an issue?
