Error Media Filters

Good Morning

I've problems with media filters, It seems that can't create the file to processes with java, the error are always the same :

ROCESSING: bitstream 235d893e-a696-4185-bc0d-b018e28abb33 (item: 123456789/47)

ERROR filtering, skipping bitstream:

java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: No existe el archivo o el directorio

With ImageMagick to create the Thumbnail, to extract text from file or with JPEG Thumnail it's the same error.
