I am trying to test Dspace 7 on laptop following the instruction as in the release note

I am using Windows 10 and apache-maven-3.8.2-bin, apache-ant-1.10.11-bin, apache-tomcat-10.0.10-windows-x64, jdk-11.0.12_windows-x64_bin
