I'm trying to move the contents of a collection to a different, newly created collection through the XMLUI user interface in DSpace 5. Is it possible to export a collection and then reimport the export.zip file to a new collection or would I need to reformat the collection export into the Simple Archive Format (SAF)?

Hello Beau,

take a look at the batch metadata editing facility:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Batch+Metadata+Editing
You can mass move items between collections with this.

Hope this helps
