No "item" option on the New Menu

Hi everyone, I'm newbie on Dspace, I just installed but when I try to deposit a file I don't have the option on "New Menu" I can only achieve it pressing in the user icon and then Selecting MyDspace.

Hi,

Whenever you find that DSpace 7.x is acting up, it's best to use the Troubleshooting guide to look for underlying errors.  


Sometimes you'll find that a simple misconfiguration or similar is to blame.  Some of the common installation/configuration issues are listed in our install guide at:
