Hello,
the president of euroCRIS asked me to distribute the following message.
DSpace-CRIS is an extension of DSpace that allows institutions to exploit their institutional repository also as a research information management system.
Best, Susanna

To the DSpace-CRIS Community: Call for Contributions to the CRIS2020 Conference.

euroCRIS, the international organisation for research information systems (CRIS) will hold its bi-annual International Conference (CRIS2020) from June 17-20 in Limassol, Cyprus.

As President of euroCRIS, I herewith kindly invite DSpace-CRIS users, managers and developers to send in proposals  for this Conference.

One of - if not the - most important goals of euroCRIS is to keep its membership updated about developments going on within the research information community in general and the CRIS community in particular. To achieve this, euroCRIS, every two years, organises an international conference which provides a platform to the CRIS community to communicate interesting initiatives, experiences or activities  to an international audience.  And - obviously - also the other way around: to learn from international colleagues about relevant developments.

As DSpace-CRIS is both an open source as well as one of the internationally leading CRIS systems around, there is no doubt that contributions from within the DSpace-CRIS community would be of significant interest for the euroCRIS audience.

All the necessary information on the CfP for CRIS2020, and the conference as such, can be found at: https://cris2020.cut.ac.cy/#section-call

Please send in your contributions by 31st of March the latest.

Hoping to see  you in Cyprus next June.

Ed Simons, Ph.D.
President of EuroCRIS
