Admin space statistics

Dear group colleagues,

i'm having trouble dealing with statistics in the admin space. 

The statistics of the communities and collections are ok, however, when I click on statistics in the admin space (figure attached) I have the following message:

                                        

                                                                         There are currently no reports available for this service. Please check back later.

is it a bug? or do I need to configure?

I managed to make the statistics work on the admin panel in dspace 6.3,

I used the commands below:

./dspace index-discovery -f

./dspace solr-reindex-statistics

./dspace oai clean-cache

./dspace oai import -c -v

./dspace stat-initial

./dspace stat-report-initial

./dspace stat-monthly

./dspace stat-general

./dspace stat-report-monthly

./dspace stat-report-general

service tomcat restart

 Now I'm trying to customize the statistics, I need to add the submission number for each user registered in the dspace, does anyone know how to do it?
