ERROR at adding new item or community

I just installed dspace 7.1 on ubuntu 21.04

to add new item I got the above message, I couldnot find any right solution so pleased guide me to solve it

The error messages that appear in the UI are "generic" and do not detail exactly what has gone wrong in your system.  In order to find the underlying error, use our Troubleshooting guide: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

You will need to either find the underlying error in User Interface (via your web brower's DevTools) or in the backend's dspace.logs.  Once you have the underlying error, you can send it to this list and we can do our best to help.  Since you just installed DSpace, it's highly likely you are hitting one of our common installation issues listed at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues  So, check there first to see if the error you find is listed there already.
