Generating Email Subscription Reports

Hi everyone,

I have a question about managing email subscriptions in DSpace. I'm familiar with checking individual users' subscriptions, but I'm currently looking to run a broader report. Specifically, I'd like to find out which users are subscribed to updates from which collections.

Is there a way to generate a report showing all users subscribed to email updates from specific collections? Any insights or directions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!
