check the configuration of you backend, it is reporting that is running in localhost rather than in https://ir.buse.ac.zw/
See that https://ir.buse.ac.zw/server/api returns:

"dspaceName" : "BUSE Institutional Repository",
"dspaceServer" : "http://localhost:8080/server",
"dspaceVersion" : "DSpace 7.6.2",

}
Compare with the result of the demo site (https://demo.dspace.org/server/api):

"dspaceName" : "DSpace Demo",

"dspaceVersion" : "DSpace 8.1-SNAPSHOT",
