DSpace 7.6.2 customisation

Good day all. Please assit me

i have encountered issues when customising the UI

First, i tried editing the bg-image but it  appeared outside of the container

2. I tried altering the html and css and now nothing is appearing on the banner area

3.

3. i can only edit the logo in one area which is the header.component.html file but the instructions said l should edit in the navbar.component.html file as well but there is no provision for editing the header there.

Is there anywhere else where l can edit the header as l cannot login now, only the guest interface is appearing but l need to login and there are no links to logging in

If you need to login but are having issues you can direct yourself to my-repository.com/login to see the login form.
