DSpace Update profile does not load

Hi Team,

   We were taking DSpace open source and using it for our repository. Seems like when using our local DSpace backend with DSpace local UI the update profile is not loading. If we use local DSpace UI with DSpace demo backend it works fine. 

   We don't have any changes in DSpace backend just pure cloned code deployed, so seems like some configuration changes needed to enable update profile? Any help here is appreciated.

Hi Pragash,

In order to debug the issue, you'd need to find the error message that occurs when that page does not load.  We have a guide for locating error messages in DSpace 7 either in the UI or the backend: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

Once you locate the error, it's possible it may be one of the common installation issues listed at the bottom of the install guide: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues

If it's not one of those issues, send the error to this list and we'll see if we can figure out what may be going on.
