Slider for images

Hello,

Does anyone know or use slider and viewer for images on DSpace 7?

I am searching but I have not found any solution yet.

If i missed something please let me know, thank you.

Hi Varol,

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but DSpace 7 supports IIIF, which includes using the Mirador Viewer for images. However, setting this up requires installing a IIIF Image Server, and configuring it to communicate with DSpace 7. See the documentation for more details: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/IIIF+Configuration

There's also a separate, simple image viewer which can be enabled from the "config.*.yml" on the frontend. This viewer works for any files which have a mimetype of "image/*" or "video/*", and it's embedded in DSpace 7. So it does not require an additional installed software.
