Result from Author search

Hi All,

During our testing on DSpace 7.5, we found the author search gives different results depending on if you put them in dc.creator or dc.contributor.author. For our case, if the author is in dc.creator field, all co-authors will show in the search results, however, if the author is in dc.contributor.author, only the searched author name is shown.

Should the two fields be treated the same? It would be nice if all co-authors are shown in the result.

If you are able to easily reproduce this (especially on our demo site at https://demo7.dspace.org), then I'd recommend submitting a bug ticket.  I agree the two fields should be treated the same, and it's possible you've found a bug.  Here's where to submit a bug ticket: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues

Please make sure to give us step by step examples/instructions for how to reproduce the bug...that'll help us to quickly narrow down the problem & hopefully find a quick fix.
