Good Afternoon all. Please, am a repository manager from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria. We are working with some vendors on our repository and they disenabled what we had formally and gave us this (www.futospace.futo.edu.ng). Since then we have been encountering a lot of issues on the platform bordering mainly internal system errors and others in the course of submission and editing. As a result, we have asked them to revert to the status quo but I have discovered that they are finding it difficult to do so as they said DSpace is limited in design and it involves money. This afternoon, they came up with this (photo below). They said it's from an official DSpace trainer. Am not am an IT person but a repository manager. I want to know if this is true and what can be done to get us back to where we were. Please your kind assistance is highly and urgently needed. Thank you all.
