I think that what's happened is that Kimberly sent the invite for the normal time for her – but at least for those of us in the US and Canada, we're mostly an hour ahead because of the daylight savings time switch – but Arizona, or parts of it, don't participate in daylight savings time, so the meeting is an hour later than normal for many of us.

My apologies for the confusion!

The calendar invitation states 12 Eastern/ 16:00 UTC – I thought people’s calendars would adjust automatically (it’s the same time on my calendar for the reasons Paige described).
