Error in metadata import or any other single upload from UI but it works through CLI

for this problem, the possible solution is this 

Specify the DSpace installation path to Tomcat. Open the following file,

1. nano /lib/systemd/system/tomcat9.service

Find the category, #Security,
Add the following line at the last portion,

2. ReadWritePaths=/dspace

Save and close the file.

Restart Tomcat,
sudo systemctl restart tomcat9.service

If it shows the following message,

Warning: The unit file, source configuration file or drop-ins of tomcat9.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload to reload units.

Apply the following command,

4. sudo systemctl daemon-reload

Again try to restart the Tomcat,

5. sudo systemctl restart tomcat9.service

After these changes, the file upload issue is resolved, but the metadata upload issue remains unresolved

The ReadWritePaths directive was missing from tomcat9.service. After adding it, the issue was resolved.
