DSpace 7.4 Thumbnails only showing to logged in user

Hello Team,

I installed DSpace 7x on Ubuntu server 22, did the migration from 6x successfully and all are working fine except that anonymous users can't view the generated thumbnails.

I wonder if anyone has come across this or could have an idea on how I could get it to show for anonymous users.
