Registration of a new admin / user

Hello everybody!

We have been facing some troubles in the procedure regarding the registration of a new user and of a new administration.

In the first case, since some time, the system always returns an error message after you have entered the email address:

The email address you have entered is not valid

no matter which the e-mail address is.

Then, once logged in as the Admin and after having created a new user, there is no way to assign a password and, as a consequence, you cannot even modify any password.

Furthermore, also the feedback form gives back a system error.

Is there a simple way to solve these problems?

Our version is 1.8.2.
