Hello,

A student uploaded a submission to our repository, but they can't remember to which collection they uploaded their submission.  I did an Admin Search for the submission by the user's name and the name of their submission, and neither show up.  I checked all the collections they might conceivably have uploaded the resource to, and it's not there.  I also checked the student's account using the impersonate feature, and it shows that the material in question is in Workflow - Submission, but doesn't list the collection where it's located:

Any ideas how I can find this?  It's truly baffling.

Thanks,
Carolyn.

Hi Carolyn,

We are in 7.4, but have you tried logging in as yourself and going to "Administer Workflows" and looking for it there? If you find it, you can send it back to the submitter, and then it won't matter what collection it's in. They can delete the submission and start over from there.

Good luck!
Yvonne
