Google Scholar and indexing

Our institutional repository hosts scholarly output. Everything is usually indexed by google scholar. Some of the content, like research support material such as questionnaires should not appear in Google Scholar as publications. What can we do to solve this issue?

I think GS is a black box in terms of what it considers scholarly.  You could contact Monica Westin at GS to point out specific examples, mwe...@google.com.
