Is Dspace certified to Record Management standard like DoD 5015.02 or equivalent standard.

Hi,
DSpace is not a records management application, so it doesn't have any records management certifications. My understanding is many of these standards also rely heavily on *how the system is maintained/installed*. As DSpace is free to download and install yourself, it cannot be certified in this way, as certification would require understanding of where DSpace is installed or being run.
