Related items - listing criteria

Hello people!
I am using Dspace 6.3 with several collections and files.
When accessing an item, a list of "related items" with other items is displayed below.
Do you know how this is configured or what criteria does he use to make this relationship?
When accessing these items I don't see anything related!
Can someone help me in this question?
