Does anyone know how to change the site title? At the moment it appears like this "repository.title.prefixDSpace Angular"

If you have edited 'src/assets/i18n/pt-BR.json5' then I would look for
an editing error there. If you have created a custom theme then I
would also look at '/src/themes/[YOUR THEME]/assets/i18n/pt-BR.json5'.

I notice that that key is not defined in the master catalog for pt-BR in
dspace-angular v7.3.
