DSpace - Building Mirage2 Theme Problem

I have problem to build Mirage2 theme, when i try to build using command (mvn package -Dmirage2.on=true -Dmirage2.deps.included=false) i get this error:

I manually installed dependencies:

npm 6.13.4

nvm 0.38.0

bower 1.18.2

node 10.19.0

grunt-cli v1.3.2
grunt v1.0.4

compass 1.0.1

sass 3.4.25

ruby 3.0.0p0

Hi, 

I have a lot of problems with dependencies, maybe it can be a permissions problem in the dspace build folder.

The solution  to me for  build Mirage2 theme, was to add in pom.xml this:

<jruby.version>9.1.17.0  </jruby.version>

And then run sudo mvn clean package -Dmirage2.on = true
