Hello all,

I work in the Technical Services Department at the State Library of Massachusetts located in Boston, Massachusetts. I'm one of the internal co-project managers for a migration from DSpace Express to DSpace-GLAM.

We recently confirmed with our vendor a timeline goal of doing UAT in April. They will be preparing for the UAT and then we will work together on refinement. The State Library will be responsible for UAT validation.

Rather than reinventing the wheel I wanted to ask folks if they had refinement and validation checklists or other planning documents they used in an upgrade or migration. It doesn't have to be specific to a migration from DSpace Express to DSpace-GLAM.

Of if anyone knows where these resources might exist in the DSpace wiki, definitely let me know. Our wiki is very complex, and I may have missed spotting UAT resources.

Thanks,

Emily Crawford

Hello all,

I neglected to state what UAT means in my initial post. UAT is an acronym for User Acceptance Testing.

Happy Monday,
Emily
