Mirage 2 theme problem

Hello, We are trying to apply Mirage2 theme using Dspace 6.3 on Ubuntu 18.4
The building prosses goes smoothly and also the installation which i followed mostly using this guide: https://www.eifl.net/system/files/resources/201605/eifl_-_05_-_adding_xmlui_mirage_2_theme.pdf
However our problem is when applying the theme by adding this line:
<theme name="Mirage 2" regex=".*" path="Mirage2/" />
And commenting out the default theme the XMLUI stop woking and give us a Apache error while jspui is working so please help would be very appreciated as an IT company is asking for around 100,000$ dollars to fix dspace for us and we cant afford it as we are a charity public library.

NOTE: We built dspace using: mvn -U clean package -Dmirage2.on=true
After installing all dependencies

What error is Apache throwing? What do you find in the DSpace log?
