Greeting from the Daffodil International University Library.

Need your cooperation and suggestions regarding the Usage Statistics of DSpace. It is very needed to know our management who, from where download by the users. We are using DSpace version 6.4.

Dear Dr Khan,
Dspace statistics show view counts by location by default.
We customize Dspace 7 UI to show view and download counts. Please see bottom of the page: https://openaccess.bezmialem.edu.tr/entities/publication/17a58d9c-9ac5-442f-9cc8-d124ea49c8d1

Dear Mr. Faith Gunes

Thank you very much for your nice reply. Your system is fantastic and I appreciate you for doing a nice job.  We want to include the DOI (10.36481) number in the existing Dspace but we failed and need your kind suggestions in this regard.

Dear Dr Khan,
I checked your Dspace. I see that you do not use Handle Server for persistant identifier in your content. The "123456789" prefix in below uri from your Dspace is just for testing purposes.
On the other hand, you can add DOI number of your content as a metadata. We generally use dc.identifier.doi metadata for storing DOI.
Because all content in Dspace may not have a DOI, a handle number generated by the handle-server better fits in this requirement. Handle prefix is purchased from handle.net

I hope this clarifies.
