An error occuerd while deleting the item (Dspace 7.2)

Dear All,

Currently we trying to remove some previously generated test items, collections and communities. However there is one we are not able to delete. The Community has a collection, and it has one item left which cannot be deleted.

We are able to delete other items, only this one community-collection-item combo is un-removable.

Does anyone have a useful tip to solve this issue?
