Good day communities,

I have newly installed DSpace 7.6 on a virtual machine for my institution with the spec like below:
-OS: Ubuntu 20.04
-OpenJDK 17
-node: 16
-postgres: 16

I would like to change access status badge to have color based on its status. Also I would like to add more status badge.

the desired result will be
1. open access: green
2. embargo: bronze
3. controlled: gold
4. Time Limited Restricted: Gray
5. Indefinitely Restricted: Black

Is there a way to implement this?

Your help would so much appreciated.

Thank you so much

Cheers!

Hi,

Yes, this is now possible if you upgrade to 7.6.1.  As of 7.6.1, these access status badges all have unique CSS classes, which allow you to color them however you want.  See the work/examples in this PR: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/pull/2579
