Issue with Files Not Appearing After Moving in DSpace

Dear DSpace Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue when moving files within DSpace — after moving them, the files do not appear in the new location. Could you please help me understand why this might be happening or advise on how to resolve it?

Dear Aziza,

Pls check Auhtorization Policies for your target collection.

- Go to the target collection

- Click edit icon on top right

- Click Authorizations tab

- You must see at least 3 policies for Anonymous user. DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ, DEFAULT_ITEM_READ, READ
