Change meeting to June 1?

Hello all, 

Is it OK with you to move the next meeting a whole week to Monday, June 1? The library closes at 6 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and the room is booked until 8pm on Wednesday, May 27. Please reply if you object to or can't make it to June 1 @ 6pm. Otherwise, I'll assume you're good with it or don't care to attend.

Has anyone ever been to a meeting in the community room at The Goods? Just curious. You must be over 21 with id to enter.

The outreach Google group does not include everyone who was at the meeting yesterday. I copied Phil and Ed but don't know Emily's address. Chris, please check if anyone else needs to know we can not meet at the library on 5/26 @ 6pm.

Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for planning the next meeting. I cannot make it on June 1. It's the Kennedy PTA volunteer appreciation night. But please don't plan around me. I'm not a formal committee member and was just stopping by yesterday to learn more about the plans. Of more significance, I know Elaine can't make it then either and she's the board liaison to this group.

I updated the Google Calendar entry for this meeting on the homepage of davissquarenc.org.

I added Phil and Ed and Toby and Emily Lacika to the dsnc-outreach list as the folks who were at the meeting and not already on the list; welcome!

Emily, we had to reschedule the next Outreach Committee meeting for June 1 due to library room availability. We also created a dsnc-web email list kinda of like a subcommittee just for the people who are going to be making changes to the web site and broadcasting content on social media. It also includes the Secretary, Kendra, who sends out official meeting announcements. Louisa suggested that if you're going to be working on a DSNC newsletter, you could get added to that list and coordinate it there. Or we could do that with the whole Outreach Committee. What do people think would work best?
