Free: Large steel plate

Anyone need some steel for a project? Or to recycle, IDC. 

I have a steel plate that's roughly 3/8"x12"x8'. I'd like to stop having an ~8-foot hunk of steel. If anyone's interested I can send you the address off-list. If no one responds in about a week I'll post it on craigslist for the scrappers to pick up.

Would be able to use some for a welding table surface, would be heavy to move it though.

LOL no I'm not going to deliver it. I'm willing to help load. If someone wants it but needs it to be shorter in order to transport it I'm willing to loan you an off-brand sawzall, an extension cord, and sympathy.
