Invalid FIB file

Hi!

I created my FIB files according to the instructions, but when I'm trying to create a connectometry database from them, it says only "invalid fib file" and does nothing when I hit the create connectometry button. Any ideas?

I could create a database using the most updated DSI Studio.

Older versions may not be able to use GQI FIB.

Did you use Mac or Windows version? (I only tested using the Windows version)

Hi Frank!

I used Windows and I accidentally figured out the problem: my laptops GPU is insufficient. Is there any way to use CPU instead of GPU to perform the analyses?

Please download and unzip it. The files have to be copied to the GPU version to overwrite the executives.
