Dear Frank,

I hope you are well. Thanks for all of your help so far.

I have a question - is it possible to use alternative colour lookup tables in DSI Studio for visualising local/average tract FAs and MDs? The built in Matlab 'jet' colour lookup table is not colourblind-friendly, and I would prefer to use an alternative such as the perceptually uniform 'viridis' or 'magma' lookup tables (Matlab implementations of the matplotlib CLUTs here: MatPlotLib Perceptually Uniform Colormaps). Is this doable? It would make tract differences easier to spot - even for non-colourblind users.

With gratitude,
Donnie

It is doable and I am going to update DSI Studio.
Once done, I will let you know.

DSI Studio is updated to provide these color maps. Please update it (dated today) and see if it works for you.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion.

Best,
Frank
