Dear DSI Studio experts,
I knew that QSDR reconstructed FIB will output DTI measures (FA, ADC, MD), but about kmean that derived from diffusion kurtosis imaging, getting from the software named diffusion kurtosis estimator ? Is there any way to insert it and show it on the targeted tract by using Tract Rendering / Color/ Local index? I also use Slices/Insert T1w/T2w Images, but Nothing was changed in the list for local index. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Xinman

Hi Xinman,

When you run QSDR reconstruction at Step t2b, there is a "attach Images" button allowing you to add DKI images.

Best regards,
Frank
